Acceptable Use Policy

Allowed Use

CatchLab may be used for rowing performance analytics, session storage, coaching review, training-platform export, and related club operations.

Prohibited Use

• Do not use CatchLab to access, store, or process data for an organisation that is not covered by your subscription or written agreement.
• Do not share user accounts, bypass license limits, scrape the service, or attempt to access another club's data.
• Do not upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, or unrelated content.
• Do not interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of CatchLab or its providers.
• Do not use CatchLab for medical diagnosis, treatment, or health advice.
• Do not upload special-category personal data unless the club has a lawful basis and CatchLab has agreed to the relevant processing.

Athlete And Minor Data

Clubs are responsible for giving athletes appropriate notices and obtaining required authority or consent, including for minors. Coaches must respect athlete privacy and only use data for legitimate club, coaching, and performance purposes.

Suspension

CatchLab may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, customer data, subprocessors, or other users, or where there is a material breach of this policy.
